I support Black womxn between 18 and 40 to navigate challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions to develop healthier tools and coping strategies. I work to create an environment of empathy and validation that gives space for you to share your unique challenges in this journey.I believe that every individual is an expert in their life experiences. During our time together we will work collaboratively to discover and achieve your desired goals/outcomes related to relationships, friendships, family, and career.
