KaZa Family Centre provides mental health care services for individuals, couples, and families in Toronto's Danforth/East York community. Compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy is available for individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families—offered in-person and online. Thoughtful assessments provide clarity around learning, attention, neurodevelopmental differences, and emotional or mental health concerns. Services at KaZa Family Centre are collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to your needs. Our clinicians draw from evidence-based approaches while remaining flexible and responsive to each person’s goals, pace, and lived experience. We believe meaningful change happens through trust, curiosity, and a strong therapeutic relationship. We recognize that culture, language, family systems, and lived experiences shape how people understand themselves and seek support. Therapy services are available in English, French, Arabic, and Spanish. Our clinicians work with cultural humility and respect, striving to create a space where clients feel understood, affirmed, and safe to be themselves.
