DESCRIPTION:Growth Mindset Challenge.\nHave you ever felt disappointed or disempowered because life has thrown you some curveballs? Then you won’t want to miss this group! Introducing the Growth Mindset Challenge. BMHC is partnering with Jennifer Asiedu\, an educator\, and therapist\, to explore how we can embrace challenges\, persist in the face of setbacks\, and achieve success. \nA growth mindset refers to the belief that abilities\, intelligence\, and talents can be developed over time through dedication\, hard work\, and learning from mistakes. Individuals with a growth mindset view challenges as opportunities for growth and see failure as a stepping stone toward improvement. These 12 session will occur from Saturday April 6th\, from 10am-11am\, until June 22nd. Limited to 25 participants\, admission is on a first-come\, first-served basis.
