My goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable, seen, and truly heard, without fear of judgment.My journey into psychotherapy is shaped by my lived experiences and a deep passion for helping others navigate their healing. As a first-generation immigrant with multiple intersecting identities, I understand the complexities of moving in spaces that weren’t designed for you. I’ve experienced the challenges of feeling unseen or misunderstood, and how isolating that can be. This personal understanding guides how I approach therapy, with openness, cultural awareness, and a commitment to truly hearing you.I believe in the power of growth and transformation, and I know that healing happens when we feel truly seen, respected, and supported. That’s why I’m committed to providing a space where you can explore your feelings and experiences without fear of judgment. I’m dedicated to creating an environment that is inclusive, culturally safe, and particularly supportive for Black, Racialized, and Queer communities. Together, we can work at your pace, honouring where you are in your journey.My approach to therapy is client-centred, anti-oppressive, culturally informed, and trauma-informed, all grounded in social justice principles. I believe that every person’s journey is unique, and I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to tailor my approach to your individual needs. This includes techniques like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), among others.Your journey is uniquely yours, and I’m here to offer the support and space you need to explore it.
