As a first-generation immigrant, I’ve experienced the complexities of living with multiple intersecting identities. I understand the challenges of navigating systems that weren't built for you—and how isolating it can feel when you don’t feel seen or understood. It’s this understanding that shapes my approach to therapy.I deeply believe in the power of growth and transformation. Healing and personal growth flourish when we feel seen, respected, and supported, and I’m dedicated to providing that environment for you. I’m committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space, especially for Black, Racialized, and Queer communities, where we can work together at your pace.I approach therapy from a client-centered, anti-oppressive, culturally informed, and trauma-informed framework, grounded in social justice principles. Every person’s journey is unique, and that’s why I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to support your needs. These include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioural therapy (CBT), among others.Your journey is uniquely yours, and I’m here to offer the support and space you need to explore it.
