I am in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO, registration number 13005). I have experience working with teenagers and adults presenting a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. My down-to-earth and culturally competent approach is informed by 12-years experience teaching overseas.
