I work with adults, couples, children, and families who find themselves stuck in the same stories, but who yearn for different endings. Clinically, I offer traditional “talk therapy” for adults and couple’s, and play therapy at my private practice in White Rock. I also offer parent consultation

In so many aspects of your life, you have it all. In fact others see as you really “having it together”. You’re the one that others turn to for help. But you have fears and personal concerns that you are holding you back from expressing love for yourself, your work, and important people in your life.

I provide therapy to individuals and families that are experiencing emotions which often feel like they’re taking control of their lives in finding their voice and regaining confidence. Feelings of depression and anxiety can quickly become overwhelming, along with the daily hustle and commotion that accompanies our lives. Worries, frustration, and motivation can become challenging to manage for individuals living with depression, anxiety, and high life stress.
