Join us on May 24, 2026 for From Trauma to Triumph – Step by Step, a community mental health walk-a-thon that turns awareness into action. This uplifting event – co-organized by CARI-ON SVG and Black Mental Health Canada (BMHC) – aims to raise awareness about mental health issues, reduce stigma, and promote healing through physical activity. Step by step, we’ll foster resilience, wellness, and unity as we help our community move from trauma to triumph.
Mental health affects us all. Awareness is more than a conversation — it’s a movement.
By encouraging open dialogue, sharing real stories, and providing accessible education, we help reduce stigma and create understanding.
When people feel safe to speak, healing begins.

Wellness is for the whole person. Movement is more than exercise — it’s a pathway to emotional clarity, resilience, and renewal.
Through shared physical activity, we promote stress relief, confidence, and improved mental well-being.
Small steps forward create lasting change.
Community changes everything. Belonging is more than being present — it’s being seen and valued.
Together, we create spaces of support, connection, and shared strength where everyone feels they truly belong.
No one should walk alone.
