Mindfulness is bringing presence and fullness to an experience. My goal is to bring this presence and aliveness to the sessions.
Our work together is a collaborative process toward healing and recovery of the full self. My desire is to help you feel better. I use a client-centred approach that is supported by evidence-based interventions.
My job is to help you navigate your current circumstances and guide you to overcome the barriers you face, including anxiety, depression, feelings of hopelessness, self-esteem issues, family/relationship issues, communication/emotional concerns, and school/career issues.
