Mental health is complex and a one size fits all model to support clients is not feasible. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and educator committed to applying an anti-oppressive practice (AOP) and trauma-informed care while working with individuals, families and couples. I strive to create brave spaces where all aspects of an individual can be explored and understood without judgement. With this curiosity, I seek to explore new narratives with clients rooted in hope, resilience and strength.I utilize a strength-based, culturally responsive and decolonizing approach and have extensive clinical work supporting newcomers, survivors of gender-based violence, and diverse populations in community settings.
