What to Expect.

Description:

This event seeks to expand the ways in which we think about our well-being. The role of modern African dance serves as a conduit for mental well-being. A vibrant and ever-evolving aspect of the African diaspora’s cultural heritage, that continues to inspire and influence the globe. Music and dancing are an integral aspect of many African diasporan societies. In which they facilitate teaching and promoting; social and moral values, connection with spirit/soul and body, as well as celebrating life.

Objectives to:

Enhance mental well-being, foster community, and improve self-esteem by incorporating modern African dance into wellness programs.

Offer engaging modern African dance fitness classes tailored to corporate environments, providing a unique and enjoyable approach to promoting mental well-being.

 

Services (Lunch & Learn)

On-site Dance Classes

-Tailored classes for all fitness levels.

-Engaging afrobeat dance fitness exploring the rhythms and vibrant movement.

-Basic dance moves to take home and practice for all party, and music festival needs.

-Fun filled hour of modern African dance, implementing history and promoting wellness

-Duration 45mins to 1 hour

 

Virtual Dance Classes

-Live and on-demand virtual classes for remote teams.

-Accessible and engaging content.

-Tailored classes for all fitness levels.

-Engaging afrobeat dance fitness exploring the rhythms and vibrant movement

-Basic dance moves to take home and practice for all party, and music festival needs.

-Duration 45mins to 1 hour

-Flexible scheduling to accommodate different corporate environments.
