ParticipantCenforce 100 mg is widely used in the treatment of impotence, also known as erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. Cenforce 100 mg contains Sildenafil Citrate, the same active ingredient found in Viagra. It is a PDE5 inhibitor that enhances blood flow to the penile region, helping men achieve and maintain a firm erection when sexually stimulated. When a man is sexually aroused, nitric oxide is released in the penis, which activates an enzyme called guanylate cyclase. This increases levels of cyclic GMP, causing the smooth muscles to relax and allowing more blood to flow into the penis. Sildenafil in Cenforce inhibits the PDE5 enzyme, which normally breaks down cGMP, allowing for longer-lasting erections. Cenforce 100 mg is a proven and effective treatment for impotence in men. However, it should be taken under medical supervision, especially for individuals with underlying heart conditions or those taking medications like nitrates.
