ParticipantFildena 100, a medication containing Sildenafil Citrate, is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by increasing blood flow to the penis. However, it is not safe for everyone. Individuals with serious heart conditions, such as unstable angina, severe heart failure, or recent heart attacks or strokes, should avoid Fildena, as it may put excessive strain on the heart. It should also not be taken by those using nitrate medications (for chest pain) or alpha-blockers, as the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. People with severe liver or kidney disease, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, or a history of vision problems like non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) should also avoid it. Additionally, Fildena is not suitable for individuals with severe allergies to Sildenafil. Always consult a doctor before using Fildena to ensure it is safe for you.
