You want to feel confident in who you are, but instead, you find yourself second-guessing everything. You put others first, struggle to set boundaries, and carry the pressure of expectations—from family, culture, school, or relationships. Somewhere along the way, you’ve started to lose your own voice. It’s exhausting, and it can feel incredibly isolating. You’re not alone in this experience. I work with Black teens and young adults who are navigating anxiety, low self-worth, people-pleasing, family pressure, and identity questions. Many of my clients feel misunderstood, emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck between who they are and who they feel they’re supposed to be. In our work together, we’ll slow things down and explore what’s been weighing on you. We’ll work on building healthier boundaries, strengthening your self-worth, and helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative. I offer a culturally sensitive, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I’ll meet you with compassion, but I’ll also gently challenge you when needed—because real growth often happens just outside your comfort zone. I draw from strength-based, person-centred, and solution-focused approaches to support meaningful, lasting change. If you’re ready to feel more confident, more heard, and more in control of your life, I’d be honoured to support you.
