REAL’SILIENCE
A Raw, Reflective Representation of Black Men’s Perseverance
Real Lives, Real Solutions
REAL’SILIENCE is more than just an event—it’s a movement. This one-day symposium brings together powerful voices, lived experiences, and unwavering strength to shine a light on the resilience, healing, and excellence of Black men. Through panels, performances, keynote addresses, and community engagement, we explore the challenges and triumphs that shape the journey of Black men in Canada.

About the Organizers
BLESSE (Born Leaders Elite Sanctified Social Enterprise) was founded by Andrew Bond, who turned his lived experience with incarceration into a mission of restoration. BLESSE provides culturally responsive, wrap-around support to Black men reintegrating into society, focusing on ownership—mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and economically.
Black Mental Health Canada is proud to partner in this initiative, championing mental wellness, equity, and healing in Black communities.

Why REAL’SILIENCE Matters
