I reached out to https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/lemme/customer-service.html to check on the status, and they got back to me within a couple of days. They were polite and sorted it out, but I wish the response time had been quicker. If you’re subscribing, I’d recommend keeping track of your orders so you can follow up if needed.
