ParticipantLooking at Guardian Fall Protection for safety gear, but before ordering, I want to know how they handle customer service. ParticipantBought a harness and lanyard from Guardian Fall Protection for a job site, and the quality seemed solid. Had a question about adjusting the fit, so I called customer service https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/guardian-fall-protection/customer-service.html . Took a bit to get through, but the rep knew their products well and walked me through the setup. When ordering safety gear, checking the specs beforehand avoids unnecessary calls. The overall experience was fine, just needed a little patience with response time.
