You’re too Dark , You’re too Light, You’re too Fat, You’re too Skinny, etc. etc. etc.

Embracing every aspect of ourselves is a journey many of us are on. From being told we’re too this or too that, the list seems endless. It’s time to learn to love the body, skin, and frame that God uniquely designed for each of us.

Calling out to all Black women who have felt the weight of never feeling like they measure up. Join us in this transformative Body Positivity Group where we create a safe space for vulnerability, deep conversations, and growth. Over the course of 12 weeks, we will work towards overcoming insecurities and embracing our true selves. This a series of 12 sessions starting on Wednesday April 3rd, from 6:30pm-7:30pm until Wednesday June 19th.

This life-changing counseling group is open to all who are ready to break free from the chains of societal standards. We will celebrate our curves, our melanin-rich skin, and our unique features that have historically been undervalued. Limited to 25 participants, admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.
