Parenting is undoubtedly challenging, and raising black children introduces another layer of complexity. At times, seeking help and support can be essential. Lolita Schmalenberg, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, wants to provide you with the space to share and learn some tools that can help you achieve the results you’re looking for. Whether the issue is discipline, communication, co-parenting, or any other parenting obstacle, you won’t walk away from this group the same.
This group is limited to 25 participants, admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. These will be a series of 12 sessions from Monday April 1st, from 12pm-1pm, until June 17th. Let’s embark on this journey of empowerment and evolution together.
