The Pre and Post Maternal Health Counselling Group.

Calling all Black mothers-to-be and new mothers! Are you seeking support, guidance, and connection during your pregnancy and early motherhood journey? Look no further! Our specialized Pre and Post Maternal Mental Health Group Counseling sessions are designed just for you.

As Black women, we understand the unique challenges and experiences you may face before and after childbirth. Our group provides a safe, nurturing, and culturally sensitive space where you can share your joys, concerns, and struggles with fellow Black mothers who truly understand.In this supportive environment, you’ll have the opportunity to:

✨ Explore the emotional highs and lows of pregnancy and motherhood within a Black cultural context.

✨ Receive guidance and coping strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and other mental health concerns during the perinatal period.

✨ Build connections and friendships with other Black mothers who share similar experiences and perspectives.

✨ Access resources and information tailored to the specific needs of Black mothers and families.

✨ Celebrate your journey of motherhood, resilience, and strength in a supportive community.

Whether you’re navigating the ups and downs of pregnancy, adjusting to life with a newborn, or grappling with postpartum challenges, you don’t have to do it alone. With only 25 spots available, this intimate group setting ensures personalized attention and support for every participant. This will be a series of 12 sessions starting on Friday April 5th, from 6pm-7pm. Join us as we uplift, support, and empower each other through the beautiful journey of motherhood.
