ParticipantBeen looking into medical practice management software, and Tebra seems like an interesting option. Some platforms make scheduling and billing easy, while others have slow support when issues come up. If anyone has had to contact Tebra customer service, how was the experience? Did they actually help with technical issues, or did it take multiple follow-ups to get things resolved?

ParticipantUsed Tebra for appointment management and billing and overall the platform does what it is supposed to. Had to contact tebra phone number when I had an issue filing claims. Took a while to connect but once I did the rep was knowledgeable and helped me resolve the issue. If you are using it for a medical practice I would recommend learning as much about the system as possible beforehand so you don’t have to wait for support for every little issue.
