Is TXU Energy good for long-term service?

I’ve been looking at different electricity providers, and TXU Energy keeps coming up. Some companies have great rates but terrible customer service, while others are reliable but more expensive. If you’ve been with them, how’s the experience? Have you had to deal with TXU Energy customer service, and do they handle billing questions, rate changes, or outages efficiently?

I’ve been using TXU Energy for a while now, and overall, it’s been a pretty standard experience. The rates were competitive when I first signed up, but I had to watch for renewal increases. At one point, I had a billing question and called TXU Energy reviews to get some clarification. Took a little while to get through, but the rep explained everything clearly. If you’re considering them, just keep an eye on your plan details when it’s time to renew so you don’t get stuck with a higher rate.
