    Used Tebra for appointment management and billing and overall the platform does what it is supposed to. Had to contact tebra phone number when I had an issue filing claims. Took a while to connect but once I did the rep was knowledgeable and helped me resolve the issue. If you are using it for a medical practice I would recommend learning as much about the system as possible beforehand so you don’t have to wait for support for every little issue.

    Ordered a few parts from Partzilla https://partzilla-com.pissedconsumer.com/review.html for a repair and overall everything went smoothly. The site made it easy to find exact part numbers and the prices were better than the dealer. Shipping took a little longer than expected but everything arrived as ordered. I didn’t have to contact customer service this time but I’ve heard they can help if you get the wrong part. If you need something fast I’d check stock before ordering to avoid delays.
