Angélique Ndorimana is a Registered Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals living with mental health challenges, addictions, burnout, trauma, racial stress, and leadership fatigue. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Ottawa and a degree in Criminology from Carleton University. Her work is grounded in creating psychologically safe, culturally responsive spaces where clients can feel supported, empowered, and understood. Angélique works with high-achieving professionals, healthcare workers, first responders, leaders, and BIPOC adults who are often carrying significant responsibilities while navigating stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, or difficult life transitions. Her approach is collaborative, practical, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s unique goals and lived experiences. She integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, REBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, cognitive restructuring, coaching, and culturally competent therapy. In addition to her clinical work, Angélique has extensive experience facilitating wellness initiatives, mental health education, and psychologically safe workplace conversations within community and organizational settings. She is passionate about helping individuals and teams navigate conflict, strengthen communication, and build healthier, more sustainable relationships and environments. Known for her empathy, warmth, humility, and engaging energy, Angélique brings authenticity and adaptability to her work. Her multicultural background, rooted in Eastern African and European heritage, allows her to connect meaningfully with people from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. She offers services in both English and French, and also speaks Russian, Kirundi, and some Spanish.
