Self-care is all about taking time for yourself and doing the things that help you feel good—physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s not selfish, and it doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s about finding what works for YOU and making it a part of your life.

Our 10-week Self-Care Group is here to help you figure out what self-care looks like for you, connect with others, and build habits that actually stick. If you’ve been feeling drained, stressed, or just need a reset, this group is a great way to get back on track.

What We’ll Talk About

Each week, we’ll focus on a different part of self-care, like:

  • What is self-care anyway? Figuring out what it means for you
  • Dealing with stress and staying present with mindfulness tools
  • Taking care of your body with rest, movement, and healthy habits
  • Handling big emotions and finding ways to manage them better
  • Setting boundaries (a.k.a. learning to say “no” when you need to)
  • Building better relationships that support your well-being
  • Making time for yourself without feeling guilty
  • Being kinder to yourself (goodbye, negative self-talk!)
  • Exploring creativity as a way to recharge
  • Keeping it going: Creating a self-care plan that works long-term

What to Expect

This group is all about helping YOU feel better and find your balance. Here’s what you’ll get:
