I am Adeola Adenugba, a Canadian-trained Psychotherapist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor. I hold a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and another in Gender Studies. I am a professional member of the CAMFT, PACCP, and CCPA. In my practice, I use the following approaches in my work with clients; Attachment-based Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems Approaches, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Approaches, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strength-Based Approaches and Trauma Focused Approaches.Being familiar with some of life’s struggles myself, I value the opportunity to support my clients and walk alongside them as they journey through life’s complexities. In my role as a therapist/counselor, I work with my clients on their personal, emotional, and mental health, to foster their general sense of well-being and peace of mind.
