Meditation is a practice and a refuge—a sacred space where the soul finds peace, even if only for an hour. Studies show that meditation relaxes and rewires the brain and builds resilience. Life is so loud but our minds don’t have to be.
BMHC (Queens) is teaming up with Junon Macéus (author and meditation specialist) to offer exclusive online group meditation sessions. We’re accepting only 25 women on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a series of 12 sessions starting on Saturday April 6th, from 11am-12pm until June 22nd. We look forward to embarking on a journey of empowerment and evolution with you!
