Sabrina is a first-generation Canadian racialized Black woman of African Caribbean ancestry. She brings both personal and professional experience into the therapy space, creating an environment that embraces all of your intersectionalities. She has 20 years of experience in social service settings both in direct care and management, supervising social workers.

At her practice in Mississauga, Ontario, she centers supporting women through midlife — perimenopause and menopause – whether it’s vasomotor symptoms (hot flashes and night sweats), sleep disturbances, depression, anxiety, sexual concerns, urogenital problems, psychological and emotional shifts impacting on relationships with partners/spouses, children, and at work. These women are often also caring for children, managing careers, and supporting aging parents who may be living with dementia. The generation that Sabrina works with feel compelled to do everything. Life is compressed for them and working with a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist can provide meaningful support, practical tools, and a grounded, compassionate, and deeply validating space for them during this significant life phase.
