Holistic Counselling, Coaching and Energy healing services. As a mind & body practitioner I serve my clients from a multi-dimensional framework. As well as the mental aspect, clients are encouraged to connect and explore and learn how each area relates to each other. Our emotional, physical and spiritual dimensions are such an important part of overall wellbeing. Through my own healing and over 10 years experience working directly with clients and couples I know the deeper we all go, the more healed and transformed we can be. Are you ready for change?

My name is Adanna Laing. I am a Master’s level social worker and certified Life Coach. I have a passionate distaste for seeing people live beneath their potential. With that, I believe it is my purpose, and consider it a privilege to journey with people-up to the version of themselves they were created to be. I hold an Hons. BA in Psychology from YorkU, a MSW from U of T, and Life coaching certification from Adler. I have founded SOS Transformation Services Inc. to serve clients who are interested in life coaching for the purpose of transformation and becoming. Many of us know we want more out of life or that there is more to life, but as to how we get there, or if we even deserve to get there-we’re stuck! I provide the motivation, maps, structure, tools and accountability to get clients from where they are-to where they would like to be. I understand the stages of change and am able to help clients navigate from one level to the next. As I am also a therapist, I am able to help clients identify, uncover and process unhelpful patters, past experiences or origin stories that are getting in the way of their progress. My superpower is that I believe everyone was created for a purpose and am committed to uncovering and moving toward realising that purpose with clients . I believe that every aspect of my identity, and my life’s experiences are purposeful and useful for those I serve. I would love to serve you

I integrate narrative storywork, bibliotherapy, expressive writing, and spirituality to support your re-authoring process. Since individual and communal wellbeing depends on the kind of personal, intergenerational, and societal stories we co-write and internalize about ourselves and the world, we will work on re-writing paradigms that no longer serve you. We’ll also work on re-storying your life narrative by integrating your sacred dreams and ancestral heritage in your current reality so you can live a life that resonates deeply with your soul purpose! If you’re ready to reclaim your agency and write the new story your soul longs for, this space is for you. Call to start your sacred dreamwork journey today!

Hello there! I’m a therapist based in Alberta who truly cares about my clients. I always put your needs first and take a client-centred approach to our sessions. I know it can be tough to seek help on your healing journey, but I deeply appreciate and admire your courage and vulnerability. I am passionate about working with the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) community. I want you to feel respected and empowered, so I make sure to create culturally sensitive spaces. To help us all feel connected, I use a collectivist healing approach in some of my work. Let’s work together to help you feel your best! Outside of sessions: When not meeting with clients, you can find me experimenting with new recipes, taking a stroll around city parks or exploring new music on Spotify. Therapy modalities: Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness Interventions, Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment-based Interventions, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma-Informed Interventions, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, 2SLGBTQIA+ Affirming Care. Accepting new clients in: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Saskatchewan and Yukon.

I am a native of Southwestern Ontario with Caribbean and European roots. I completed my Honours B.Sc. in Psychology at McMaster University in Hamilton. I then earned my M.A. and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Rosemead School of Psychology at Biola University in La Mirada, California. I have been a psychologist in private practice for over 15 years, tailoring my psychological services to each client with compassion and expertise (based on the presenting problems and mutually-derived goals). I provide both long- and short-term psychotherapy, as well as both psychological and psychoeducational assessments. Through psychotherapy, I aim to help enhance your self-awareness, improve your mental health and well-being; help you resolve or mitigate problematic behaviours, thoughts, or emotions; help improve your relationships and social skills; and/or help you thrive in school, at work, or in various performance realms (including sports and the arts). For clients who so desire, I have graduate-level training and extensive clinical experience in helping clients integrate their faith into their psychological healing and growth.
