I’m a Registered Social Worker in Ontario. I’m most passionate about empowering folks who were marginalized. I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. My career has been devoted to helping individuals, couples, families, and groups with their mental health needs. I provide counselling services to those who are struggling with life’s challenges. I specialize in cognitive-behavioural therapy and mindfulness-based stress reduction approaches to promote emotional well-being.
I strive to provide a safe space for clients to explore their innermost thoughts and feelings so they can gain insight into their behaviour patterns and make positive changes in their lives.
Life is an ever-ongoing process of development, including understanding who we are. But we often feel a sense of shame when we experience life shifts, particularly in our communities where change is often perceived as a threat.
I want to help folks see that change is a sign of growth and progress. My goal is to help my clients find balance, peace, and joy through self-compassion and understanding.
