I’m passionate about empowering individuals who have lived through traumatic experiences, are facing grief & loss, or struggling with a health crisis to reorient themselves towards a healing pathway & restore their resiliency! My counselling practice, Sacred Circle Counselling, is informed by over 15 years of experience working as a helping professional in the health care system, and focuses on promoting practices that are nurturing, healing, and balancing. At the heart of my work, I bring the culmination of my experience as a clinical nutritionist & registered clinical counsellor into my holistic therapeutic practice specializing in grief, trauma, PTSD, chronic pain & endometriosis, cancer recovery, eating disorders, body image issues, stress management, high sensitivity, and anxiety. My private practice has been complemented by her work with organizations such as The Bloom Group, Surrey Hospice Society, Centre for Pelvic Pain & Endometriosis at BC Women’s Hospital, and BC Cancer. I offer a welcoming space where you are invited to ‘come as you are’. Within this space, I provide trauma-informed, culturally-responsive, gender-affirming, queer-friendly care.
