Liezel Amador is a Registered Social Worker with over a decade of experience working with individuals and families. Liezel has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and has a special interest in working with young adults. Liezel offers individuals professional support and guidance in addressing and managing mental health concerns. This may include individual, couples, or group therapy sessions, as well as specialized services such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, or other evidence-based approaches. Liezel’s goal is to help individuals improve their emotional and mental well-being, manage symptoms of mental health disorders, and develop coping skills for dealing with life’s challenges. Liezel uses a variety of therapeutic modalities to provide counseling to individuals and offers a flexible and holistic approach to mental health and well-being. Liezel believes it is important to focus on improving the well-being of clients and address issues such as mental health disorders, relationship problems, and life transitions. Sessions are being offered in-person (Manitoba residents) and virtually (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta residents). New clients are currently being accepted.
