S3LF services is a mental health service provider that offers a range of services, including individual and couples therapy, workshops, presentations and consultations. We aim to bring mental health support to various settings such as individuals, couples, families, schools, companies and communities. Our goal is to bring awareness to how clients can improve their well-being and create a space for them to explore their authentic selves. We take a holistic approach to mental health and wellness, considering psychological, social and spiritual factors where needed and we follow a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive approach to counseling and psychotherapy. We currently offer online psychotherapy services.
