I have worked and trained in various parts of the world including the United Kingdom, Southern Africa, and Canada.I provide a gentle and safe environment where I can support children, youth, individuals, or couples. My approach is guided by trauma-informed principles that acknowledge the power of relationships in shaping human experiences. I also believe in the remarkable capacity of the human brain to adapt and find more meaningful and positive ways to advance in life.
