I support Black womxn between 18 and 40 to navigate challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions to develop healthier tools and coping strategies. I work to create an environment of empathy and validation that gives space for you to share your unique challenges in this journey. I believe that every individual is an expert in their life experiences. During our time together we will work collaboratively to discover and achieve your desired goals/outcomes related to relationships, friendships, family, and career. I have years of experience working with folks who have complex mental health challenges. No one moves through life without challenges.
