You might be feeling constant over-thinking or anxiety that is hard to quiet; not good enough, even when you try your best; stuck in relationship patterns that leave you hurt or confused; drained from people-pleasing or struggling to set boundaries, uncertain about who you are, and disconnected from yourself, emotions or body. If this sounds familiar, you are not alone and these patterns can shift.
We would shift these patterns through understanding thought processes, create connections with your emotions to express them safely, and get in touch with your body. Emphasis would be on emotional safety, collaboration, and nervous system regulation. We would focus on how your system learnt to survive relational pain and how to build safer ways of relate.
As a clinical supervisor, my focus is on the person of the clinician, as much as their clinical skills because who we are influences how we show up in the therapeutic space. I take on a relational style; so, my hope is to transition from a guide to a companion in the supervisory relationship to facilitate and encourage independence in supervisees.

Do you feel overwhelmed, easily dysregulated, or stuck in the same cycles that don’t reflect who you truly are or who you want to be? You may be neurodivergent, healing from trauma, or simply tired of traditional therapy that overlooks the body and soul. I offer a warm, affirming space to explore your identity, build self-trust, and regulate your nervous system through talk therapy, mindfulness, and somatic (physical) processing. You don’t need to mask here- your full self is welcome.
I support neurodivergent children, teens and adults, trauma survivors, and highly sensitive people navigating anxiety, identity, burnout, and emotional dysregulation. I use an integrative approach from my experiences as a therapist and yoga teacher to help you regulate, reconnect, and create meaningful life shifts that allow you to feel safer in your body.
If you’re ready to understand your nervous system, heal from trauma, and move through life with more clarity and confidence, I’m here to help you build the life you want (for you and/or your child) – on your terms.

I am Tracy a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario. I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and Certificate in Concurrent Disorders from University of Toronto/CMHA.
Growing up in Jamaica I realized that helping people was of great interest to me. It just felt good helping someone who was hurt, was having a bad day emotionally or simply wanted to talk. This genuine interest in the wellbeing of others, had me dreaming of a profession in which I could provide support to other people.
I have over five years experience working with individuals to realize their goals. I am delighted to be helping individuals to navigate through difficult times and celebrate breakthroughs with them. Using a strength-based approach to therapy, I journey with my clients as they discover and rediscover more about themselves and make sense of how their experiences have impacted who they are. Using clients’ support system, I use an integrative approach utilizing Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy.
Everyone has a story I am happy to listen to yours and even help you to re-write it.
