Life isn’t always easy. There are moments when it can feel overwhelming, leaving you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of where to turn. When we’re hurting, it’s natural to find ways to cope or push difficult emotions aside just to get through the day. While those strategies may help for a time, they can also leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and the people we care about most. No matter what has brought you here, you don’t have to face it alone. You deserve a space where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and be accepted without judgment. My hope is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe enough to be yourself, explore your experiences, and move toward the life you want to create. I work with individuals (ages 12+) and couples using a humanistic approach, believing that each person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, explore the challenges you’re facing, and develop practical tools that help you navigate life’s ups and downs with greater confidence, self-compassion, and resilience. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, and it’s okay if you’re feeling uncertain. Reaching out takes courage, and every part of you is welcome here (even the parts that feel overwhelmed, anxious, or hesitant). If you’re considering therapy, I’d be honored to support you and walk alongside you as you begin your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting well-being.
