My passion for offering psychotherapy services is deeply rooted in my personal experiences. I wanted to fill a gap and provide representation to BIPOC individuals and couples who wanted to seek therapy, but wanted someone who had a similar background as them. I am a first generation Canadian, with parents who migrated from the Caribbean and Africa. I’ve used my life experiences to help shape my identity as a counsellor and help ground me in the work I provide.
