My approach to therapy is holistic, which means that I consider every aspect of my clients’ lives when creating a treatment plan. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, trauma, or you’re simply feeling lost, I will work with you to address the root cause of your struggles and develop effective coping strategies. However, therapy with me isn’t just about addressing problems. I also believe that therapy is a positive and empowering experience, where you can explore your strengths, discover new skills, and build a greater sense of self-awareness. I provide a warm, non-judgemental, and culturally sensitive approach to therapy. I believe that everyone has the capacity to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. I utilize evidence-based therapies, including Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strength-based therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma‑informed practice, and mindfulness-based therapies, to help my clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as develop strategies to manage their emotions and improve their relationships. My passion for helping others has made my counselling journey an exciting one. For me, helping is about meeting my clients where they are and creating a safe space that allows for vulnerability.
